I was selling my aunt’s home as her POA, and had no experience in doing this.
Jose made the whole process very comfortable for me, and this house was not going to be an easy sell. He went above and beyond to help me through some issues we had with the property. Somehow he was able to sell the property for much more than I thought possible which helped with my aunt’s financial security at her nursing home along with other costs she needed to cover. In addition to his talents as a realtor, Jose is truly just a great guy. I was happy that we were able to work with him. I would recommend him to anyone, especially if they’re dealing with a city property.
